We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we collect

When you visit our website, the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects technical access data (IP address, date, time, pages accessed, browser type, operating system). When you use the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, email address, subject, and message content. This data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR / Art. 6 para. 6 nDSG).

4. Service providers (processors)

We use the following service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:

All processors are bound by data-processing agreements that ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Transfer to third countries

Your data is primarily processed within the EU/EEA and Switzerland. If data is transferred to the USA (e.g. by our hosting or email provider), this transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent mechanism.

6. Cookies and third-party resources

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. We load an embedded map from OpenStreetMap on the contact page, which may cause your browser to transmit your IP address to OpenStreetMap servers. No other third-party resources that could track your behaviour are loaded.

7. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for the duration necessary to process your enquiry, then for up to 10 years to comply with statutory retention obligations (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 958f). Technical access logs are deleted after 90 days.

You have the right to request information about your stored data, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Under the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under Swiss law, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): https://www.edoeb.admin.ch.
